Olive Grove Planted at Shul!

We'd like to give a big shout out to Hedy Sacco for the generous donation of 6 beautiful olive trees to enhance the Shul landscape!

As one of the special foods with which the Land of Israel is blessed, and with its use as a source for oil for the Beit Hamikdash, olives carry a very special significance. They also convey the message that in life, when we face a squeeze, we should try to use is as an opportunity to reveal our oil, our precious inner qualities.
